In room Green Papaya a special double bed. The bathroom is en-suite with a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is plenty of closet space. All our rooms have the private use of the bathroom and you will also find in your room morning robes and slippers, a basket with picnic supplies (no food) including beach towels, beach bag, picnic rug etc. In the in the guest lounge a book bank, free coffee and tea, and a fridge/honesty bar.
Room Green Papaya offers a view of fields and farms and the large outdoor arena, where my daughter regularly trains Murgese horses.
There is always a minimum stay of 2 nights and during the month of August there is a minimum of 4 nights for the rooms Mt. Lavinia and Arwav and 3 nights for room Green Papaya. A minimum stay of 3 nights applies on the following public holidays:

A so-called “Ponte = bridge)” i.e. a weekend with a public holiday just before or after it, so that a long weekend arises.

All discounts apply for the entire duration of the stay and if you book directly with us no later than February 29 for a stay of at least 7 nights for the coming year , you get an extra discount of 5%. I have to add that discount manually.
All the above prices include a delicious and extensive breakfast, which is varied every day.
Homemade marmalades and cold cuts, eggs, fruit and yoghurt and every day different. Upon booking we also ask for your breakfast preferences. Usually breakfast is served on the covered porch.
It is also possible now to opt for a biological, lactose-free or vegetarian breakfast. You can indicate this in the breakfast form we will send you in advance. It’s all a bit harder to get here, but we’re doing our best!
